The intention we’ve set for the weekend is to provide you with much-needed rest, paired with diving in and examining your patterns. We aim to help you unpack some of your story, gain insight, and begin to change beliefs and behaviors.
We’ve curated a fantastic team of facilitators who will co-host the retreat. Across the weekend we will cover some themes of Brene' Brown's work, talk about how narratives are formed, identifywhat doesn't serve you, and move towards change. We’ll also incorporate yoga, expressive art, and other complimentary experiences.

Welcome to Hiatus Wellness. We are located in San Marcos, TX, and provide telehealth throughout the state of TX.
Our practice is comprised of 3 licensed counselors and offers multiple services to clients and other professionals. The common thread through everything we do is the saying, “The story always wins.™” The story you believe about yourself, what you deserve, and what you are capable of will run your life. We help you rewrite it.
OUR APPROACH
Our overall approach is an umbrella of wellness. We provide retreats- spaces for rest and play, therapy- for regulating and processing, and yoga- for moving your body in mindful ways.
