Yoga In Person + Online

 
Jenn and Brittney are both registered yoga teachers (RYT), and are both trained in the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method..

Our teachers are RYT200 and we are able to provide instructors trained in TCYM.

Are you feeling isolated and disconnected? It’s important now more than ever to stay connected with ourselves and each other, and to practice what supports our emotional wellbeing. Join us online or in person as we breathe, move, and ground ourselves in a yoga community.

We offer group classes in person and online, as well as the option to have one- on- one instruction. No prior yoga experience is required. We provide mats, blocks, yoga straps, and blankets for use at in- person classes at no additional cost. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Our classes are currently seasonal, or can be organized at your request or for private events. We also offer trauma processing groups that incorporate yoga. Please check our social media page below for the current events & yoga schedule. This schedule changes often.
